Restrictions
All online ticket sales receipts (either phone or paper) MUST be redeemed at the on-site ticket booth the night of the event for actual tickets to enter the haunt.
All Ticket Holders please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot.
Timed tickets allow ticket holders access to the Queue Line at that allotted time but Not entry into the haunt at that time. Wait times vary nightly.
General Admission ticket holders may enter the haunt in minimum size groups of 4-6 persons.
Speed Pass ticket holders can enter into the exclusive Speed Pass Queue that normally cuts down the wait time. In addition, they will be allowed to enter the haunt together in any size group from 1-7 persons provided each person in their group holds a valid Speed Pass ticket.
Every effort to allow late arrivals entry into the haunt at some point later in the designated evening will be made but Not Guaranteed.
The haunt is Not Recommended for children under 11 years of age.
